I recently had the chance to explore Guanacaste and I've got to say, the adventure options are top-notch. White-water rafting on the Río Negro was a highlight for me. The adrenaline rush coupled with the stunning scenery made it unforgettable. For a bit of contrast, I decided to spend another day snorkeling. The variety of vibrant fish and tranquil waters provided a perfect balance.
One thing I'd recommend is a guided horse ride along the trails. It's a fantastic way to see the landscape from a different perspective while also being a bit of an adventure. Also, watching the monkeys at Palo Verde National Park was a fun and unique experience, especially if you're into wildlife.
If you're planning a trip and need more insights, I'd be happy to share more about my experiences or answer any questions about the tours in Guanacaste. What's on your adventure bucket list for this trip?
